Why Forbidden
Operational complexity is usually the real problem. CRM is just where it becomes visible.
Forbidden is an Elite HubSpot partner built to sit alongside HubSpot teams on the deals that don't fit a template: multi-system architecture, migrations from an incumbent CRM, and portals that need rebuilding rather than extending.

How we work together
The practical questions an SE has before involving a partner
- Who joins technical discovery and solution design?
- Senior delivery people, not a presales layer that hands off to someone else afterwards. The person shaping the solution is accountable for it being deliverable.
- How does Forbidden investigate unknowns before committing?
- Unknowns are named as unknowns. Where an API, data model or process is unproven, we say so and scope the investigation rather than asserting a solution that hasn't been tested.
- Who owns scope, assumptions and delivery boundaries?
- Forbidden documents scope, assumptions, dependencies and explicit exclusions. What sits outside the boundary is written down, not implied.
- How are responsibilities split between HubSpot, Forbidden and the customer?
- HubSpot owns the licence and commercial relationship. Forbidden owns solution design and delivery. The customer owns decisions, data quality and internal adoption. We make that explicit early so nothing falls between the three.
- What will an SE receive after a discovery or scoping discussion?
- A written solution position: the requirement as we understand it, the proposed architecture, the assumptions, the risks and where more investigation is needed.
- How does knowledge pass from presales into delivery?
- The same senior people carry the solution into delivery. Discovery output becomes the delivery baseline rather than being rewritten by a separate team.
- When is Forbidden particularly well suited to a deal?
- Multi-system architectures, migrations away from an incumbent CRM, operationally complex businesses, portals that need rebuilding, and deals where a technical objection is stalling progress.
